What is the aorta ؟

الاورطي 

الشريان الأبهر أو الأورطي ويسمى أدبياً الوتين

هو أكبر شريان في جسم الإنسان، يخرج من البطين الأيسر من الأمام على يسار الشريان الرئوي، ويتجه إلى أعلى واليمين خلف الشريان الرئوي. 

وهو يوزع الدم المؤكسج إلى جميع أنحاء الجسم عن طريق الدورة الدموية الكبرى التي تبدأ من البطين الأيسر وتنتهي في الأذين الأيمن. 

هو الشريان الرئيسي في الجسم والذي يغذي جميع انحاء الجسم، يبدأ على شكل قوس كبير ذو قطر حوالي سنتمترين والنصف يبدأ من قاعدة البطين الأيسر خلف عظم القص وعلى مستوى غضروف الضلع الثالث الأيسر ويقسم إلى عدة أقسام.

 It emerges from the left ventricle from the front to the left of the pulmonary artery, 

and heads up and to the right behind the pulmonary artery. It distributes oxygenated blood to all parts of the body through the great circulation that starts from the left ventricle and ends in the right atrium. 

It is the main artery in the body that supplies all parts of the body. It starts in the form of a large arc with a diameter of about two and a half centimeters. It starts from the base of the left ventricle behind the sternum and at the level of the cartilage of the left third rib. It is divided into several sections.
